Established a sole proprietorship enterprise in the summer of 2005 named "MR-MIS Consulting", Meinzer Ryan, Management Information Systems Consulting. MR-MIS has consulted a small business of Landisville, Pennsylvania through setting up their business with a full line of MIS utilities, while overseeing the utilization thereof of the utilities for several months to ensure proper employment. Also, MR-MIS published a written tutorial of one of the software applications which was integrated into the business.

MR-MIS moved on to direct and essentially independently-administer a comprehensive 'Marketing Minimums' workshop for the community of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in March of 2006. This workshop taught involved parties logistics of the basic dynamics of marketing a small enterprise. The workshop also trained involved parties to use essential software applications and utilities that are essential to marketing a small business such as Dreamweaver MX for web design and production, along with other such utilities including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Mail Merge, and Excel.

From June of 2006 - December of 2006, MR-MIS joined a team of technology startup consultants known as Team and a Dream. He assisted in the all-encompassing facets of taking businesses from nothing to everything.
